Our History

Coffee Connections started as a catering company with a mobile coffee cart in 2014. We opened our first brick and mortar shop in the heart of downtown Old Hilliard on September 10, 2016.

Sometimes our passions can turn into our career. That is exactly the case for Coffee Connections. We had a strong passion for coffee and for people, and combining the two was the obvious next step.

We focus on not only on always delivering you a quality cup of coffee, but also on building relationships with each and every one of our customers.

No matter where God opens the door for us to have coffee shops, we plan to keep our vision to provide quality coffee and develop meaningful relationships at each one of our locations. It's our promise to you.

Our Founders

Nate and Sharon Grenier moved to Hilliard in 2013 with one mission in mind: to connect with people through a quality coffee experience.

They relocated from Royersford, PA and changed careers in order to make this mission a reality.

As a young family they understand the challenges life can present and believe God never intended for us to live life alone. Now along with their four children, they're proud to call Hilliard their home.

Together they strive to use one cup, one relationship, one eternal impact to make a difference.

Our Co-Owners

After establishing their family in Hilliard in 2014, Jeff and Jenn Heimberger became friends with Nate and Sharon Grenier through kids’ ministry at Capital City Church.

In 2016 when the opportunity to open a Coffee Connections storefront in downtown Old Hilliard became available, Jeff and Jenn stepped in to help back the business. Funding the missions of Love Your Neighbor, Serve Your City and Fresh Roasted Coffee, All About the People has proved to be a challenging and exciting journey.

In 2018, Jeff made the leap from a career in IT Management to full time business with Coffee Connections. Jenn continues as the Chief Home Officer, supporting the shops behind the scenes. Jeff and Jenn are living an example of service for their three children, and helping to create this vision of community and great coffee together with the Greniers.
