Whether you need to rent only the annex during our hours of operation, or you'd like to rent our entire facility after hours, we've got the perfect space for your next event!

From Baby Showers to Retirement Gatherings- we've got the space to host your next Event.  Questions? Read our Rental Facts and Guidelines below for ALL the info you need!

Annex Only Rental: (11-1pm) You'll have access to the annex from 10:30-1:30.  This rental includes 5 custom drinks or 1 airpot of coffee.  The annex includes the play area.  You're welcome to be on the patio; but the patio will also be open to other customers.

After Hours: (3p-8pm) you can rent the entire property for only $400.  This includes the Main House, Patio, Annex & Play area.  10 custom drinks will be included; and this option is dependent upon availability.

Bonfire Rental: (7-9pm) Want to host a bonfire in our patio!  Reach out about this option and pricing-- as it's based on group size.  This rental includes all the supplies needed for s'mores; and access to the patio and annex.

Fill out the form below if you would like to start the process of renting our Annex!
  • Is this for personal, business or non-profit use? What type of event are you desiring to host with us?
  • Please list your desired date for your event. It is helpful for you to list a secondary option, it expedites the process in case of conflict.
  • Please select if you would prefer to rent strictly the annex during hours of operation (7a-12p) for $25 per hour or if you are interested in the entire property rental from 3p-8pm for $400.
  • Please select which coffee service, if any, you would like to add to your rental.
  • Please select which coffee service, if any, you would like to add to your rental.
  • Please select which services you are interested in having at your event, it any. They are restricted to availability.
  • If you would like to rent the following equipment for your event, there is an additional deposit of $25 that will be deducted from your final total if the item is undamaged at the end of your rental.
