Rental Rates and Facts: 

  • Rentals are $75 per hour (3 hour minimum required) 
  • Rentals are available from 12p-8p (pending staff availability) 
  • Rentals include the annex, the play area, and patio.  You also have access to the main coffee house; and will have a barista on site for your event. 
  • Inquire about non-profit rates 
  • To secure your rental, 50% of your total cost is due as a deposit.  Deposits are non-refundable; but may be transferable-- and it is decided on a case by case basis.

 

  • Event Size: The annex legally can hold 60 people.  We recommend 30—40 as that number fits much more comfortably.  When in doubt; the best thing to do is come in and take a look at the space first hand.  We highly recommend visiting the space in person before booking!
  • Seating:  There are 5 couches in the annex.  7 bar stools and 10 wooden chairs.  There are several coffee tables, 2 bars and 4 folding tables (3- 6ft and 1-4ft) all in the annex.  You are welcome to utilize the patio. You can bring in one set of patio furniture indoors for your event.   You are free to rearrange the annex; you just need to return the annex to the condition in which it was received.  
  • Decor:  You can bring in any decor you wish.  Masking tape is an acceptable form of adhesive; we prefer you do not use thumbtacks or duck tape.   You are responsible to remove all decor you place.
  • Food:  All outside food and drink is welcome.  We just ask that if you serve coffee at your event, you serve our coffee!  

 

Coffee Options:  

  • Open Coffee Bar– the barista can make drinks to order!  You can have guests pay; or you can choose to set up a tab; and receive 10% off your total  
  •  Airpots of coffee - with your roast choice (light, medium, dark or decaf) $15 each and serve roughly 8-12 people, depending on their love of coffee. 
  • Cambro of coffee for $50 and it serves approximately 40 people.  All cups, along with sugars and creamers are provided when ordering coffee with us.
  • Add a Syrup Station!  For $30 you can select 5 syrups to add to your coffee set up 

 

Additional Options :  

  • Popcorn Machine and supplies: $50 
  • Snow Cone Ice Shaver and supplies: $50 
  • Bonfire Package: $100 
    • We start the fire; and includes enough s’more’s supplies for 2 dozen
