FINALLY! We’ve gotten the roaster sorted out enough to launch our new spring roasts! Nate’s put countless hours on this project. (Mostly due to flaming chaff TBH). I mean, at one point, he dumped the chaff into the dumpster and accidentally lit the trash in the dumpster on fire. So… when we say life’s a dumpster fire, no longer is it a metaphor 😂🙌🔥🤦‍♀️ The new medium roast— the patio blend. Blended with central & South American and African beans. Notes of caramel and milk chocolate. Bagged and ready for purchase at both Main Street and Center Street Market. Happy Sunday Friends.
